- We do not accept returns due to the nature of our products.
- We do accept returns should it be an error at our end and exchange if the item is defective or damaged. Any returns or exchange will be replaced with the same item or store credit, subjected to inspection of the item. There is no refund for shipping cost, but we will gladly pay return shipping cost.
- Returns must be report to us within 3 days (with proof of damage i.e. picture) from date of received parcel and return to us within 7 days.
- All products must be return unopened and in its original packing. If seal of the product is open or broken are considered sold and cannot be accepted for return.
- For approved return cases, please allow 1 to 2 weeks from the day you return your product for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
