枸杞子是非常普遍的中药食材,有滋肝肾阴,养肝明目的功效。

 

红枸杞子 VS 黑枸杞子 有什么不同?

  • 红枸杞子

-外形:扁长形的红色果实,一般没有果柄

-甜味:含糖量较大,适合用作烹煮调味用途

-营养价值:胡萝卜素、维生素A1、B1、B2、C、钙、铁等,是眼睛所需的营养。

-使用方法:红枸杞可耐高温,可以熬煮、泡水、泡酒等

-剂量:成人一天可达20g

  • 黑枸杞子

-外形:比较小颗,黑色的圆形果实,有果柄。

-甜味:含糖量不高,只有一点甜味,适合糖尿病患者食用

-营养价值:含有所有红枸杞子的成,而且含有独有的花青素,具有强大的抗氧化作用,抗氧化作用是维生素C的20倍,延缓皮肤氧化、衰老和皱纹的产生,有养颜也有抗癌的作用。红枸杞子却没有这个功效。

-使用方法:不宜用温度过高的水冲泡,60度以下的温水或者冷水冲泡最佳。不适合长时间熬煮或煲汤,因为黑枸杞中的花青素不耐高温,在高温中分会被破坏。

-剂量:成人每日5g左右

Difference between red and black wolfberry:

  • Red wolfberry 

-Shape: long, usually without a stalk.

-Sweetness: High sugar content, suitable for cooking and seasoning purposes.

-Nutritional value: Carotene, vitamins A1, B1, B2, C, calcium, iron, etc, plays a good role in human vision.

-Usage: Red wolfberry can be cook under high temperature, it is suitable to boil, soaked in water or wine, etc

-Dosage: Up to 20g per day for adults

  • Black Wolfberry

-Shape: Small, black round with a stalk.

-Sweetness: Less sweet, suitable for diabetic.

- Nutritional value: Contains all nutrients in red wolfberry, and rich in anthocyanins. Anthocyanins have very good antioxidant effect. Antioxidant effect of black wolfberry is 20 times better than vitamin C, it delays skin oxidation, aging, improves wrinkles, and used for beauty and anti-cancer purposes.

- Usage: Not resistant to high temperature, it is advised to boil in warm or water below 60 degree. Anthocyanins in black wolfberries are not resistant to high temperatures as it will be destroyed in high temperature. Thus, it is not suitable for long term cooking such as soup. 

- Dosage: About 5g per day for adults
