如何缓解眼疲劳?

眼疲劳症状你中了几个?

眼疲劳是由于过度使用眼睛引起的一种常见症状!原因可能包括长时间开车、长时间阅读、过度使用电脑和手机、长时间专注于细节的工作(缝纫、雕刻)等都会导致眼疲劳。

眼睛疲劳症状:

1.眼睛干涩

2.视力模糊

3.眼睛怕光,流泪

4.视力难以集中

5.双眼灼热感

6.眼睛痒

8.眼睑沉重,难以睁开眼睛

缓解眼疲劳小贴士

1.眼睛与电脑保持一臂长的距离

看清近处的东西,眼睛要比看清远处的东西更吃力。试着与电脑屏幕保持一臂长的距离,大约25英寸(63.5cm)。将屏幕放置在你的眼睛稍微向下的位置。

2. “20-20-20” 法则

每20分钟看20英尺(约6米)以外的东西休息20秒。看向远方可以放松你的眼睛。

3.调整光线

如果电脑屏幕比周围的光线亮很多,你的眼睛就得花点力气才能看清东西。建议调整房间灯光,增加屏幕的对比度,可减少眼睛疲劳。

Tips to ease eye strain?


Eye strain is caused by several factors including long distance driving, long term use of computer or phone, reading for long time without rest, working on detailed tasks (sewing, sculpting), etc.


What are the symptoms of eye strain?

1.Dry eyes

2.Blurred vision

3.Sensitive to light

4.Difficulty to concentrate

5.Eyes Burning and tearing

6.Eyes itching

7.Heavy eyelids make it difficult to open your eyes


Tips to ease eye fatigue:

  1. Keep your eyes at arm's length from computer screen. Eyes have to work harder to see close up than far away. Try keeping the monitor or screen at arm’s length, about 25 inches (63.5cm) away. Position the screen so your eye gaze is slightly downward.
  1. Remember 20-20-20 rule. Take a break every 20 minutes by looking at an object 20 feet (around 6m) away for 20 seconds. Looking into the distance allows your eyes to relax.
  2. Adjust lighting: If a screen is much brighter than the surrounding light, your eyes have to work harder to see. Adjust your room lighting and try increasing the contrast on your screen to reduce eye strain.
