拔罐后护理
该做的事:
- 多喝水
- 保暖
- 覆盖你拔罐的区域
- 休息
- 拔罐后你会觉得比平时更累
不该做的事:
- 不能淋浴、桑拿、泡澡2小时
- 剧烈运动
- 避免寒冷和有风的环境。
Cupping Aftercare:
Do:
- Drink a lot of water.
- Stay warm.
- Cover the area where you received cupping
- Rest
- You may feel more tired than normal after cupping. This is a temporary reaction by your immune system to the cellular waste that cupping helps release
Dont:
- Showers, saunas, hot tubs and strong air conditioning after cupping for 2 hours, your skin will be more sensitive to temperature in the areas where the cups were placed. Give your skin time to recover.
- Do Intense exercise
- Avoid cold and windy conditions.
