很多人认为自己身体虚弱,就需要买名贵药材进补,这是个错误的概念。
你是不是虚,是需要靠专业的中医师问诊、把脉、看舌像等来判断的。
即使身体虚弱也不一定是吃人参哦!虚有分气、血、阴、阳虚,甚至还有分脏腑。
比如说:
人参比较适合气虚的人。
阴虚吃百合、玉竹。
血虚可以吃当归。
阳虚可以吃干姜。
肾虚可以吃杜仲等等。
Majority of the people think that buying expensive tonic herbs is good for our body ,which is a wrong concept.
In fact, not everyone is suitable to take tonic herbs, it is only suitable for people with weak constitution. To determine if you are weak (deficiency) body constitution needs to be diagnosed by chinese medicine physician.
Even if your body is weak, it is not necessary to take Ginseng! There are many types of weak body constitution which is Qi, blood, Yin, Yang deficiency, and even categorized into Zang-fu organs.
Therefore, ginseng is only suitable for Qi deficiency constitution.
Polygonatum odoratum is more suitable for yin deficiency.
Angelica is suitable for blood deficiency patients.
Yang deficiency can take ginger.
kidney deficiency should take eucommia.
